What is a TREIT Fund?
A TREIT Fund is a Tokenized Real Estate Investment Trust that invests in a well diversified portfolio of Digital Security “Tokens” which are ownership shares of an equity or debt investment in commercial private real estate that are created on the Stellar Blockchain.
What are the benefits of Tokenized TREIT Funds?

What is the difference between a TREIT Fund and a REIT?
Both REITS and TREIT Funds allow investors to invest in portfolios of Commercial Real Estate investments. But there are significant differences:
REITs are publicly traded and can be invested by non-accredited investors
TREITs are privately traded and can only accept accredited investors
Typical returns for REITs average between 6% - 10% per year
TREITs are projected to have higher returns between 14% - 20%
REITs are highly correlated to the stock market (up to 70% of the time)
TREITs are projected to have much lower correlation
REITs are typically very large portfolios
TREITs are designed to be smaller and more nimble
What is required to be an accredited investor?
● Net worth over $1 million, excluding primary residence (individually or with spouse or partner), or -
● Income over $200,000 (individually) or $300,000 (with spouse or partner) in each of the prior two years, and reasonably expects the same for the current year
How do I certify that I am an accredited investor so that I can invest in a TREIT Fund?
Accredited Investors must provide certification by a third party financial professional (lawyer, CPA, Broker, RIA, etc.) of the accredited Investor’s income or assets.
Can I invest with cryptocurrency?
Yes. We accept USDC, as well ACH and Wire Transfers.
Is there a minimum required investment?
Many commercial private real estate investment funds require minimum investments of $50,000 to $100,000 or more. The minimum investment for the first TREIT Fund will only be $5,000 making it accessible to a much broader range of investors.
Can I invest via an IRA?

Can I sell or trade my TREIT Fund Tokens?
Unlike many other direct property investments or real estate funds that lock up funds for five or more years, TREIT Fund Tokens are eligible for sale via a secondary Token market in 12 months, as dictated by Rule 144 that regulates private investments.
Prior to the end of the 12 month hold period, a TREIT Token can be posted as collateral for a loan through third party services. This allows the investor to use this leverage to either make additional investments, or use cash for other purposes while maintaining their equity position.
