What is tokenization?

Tokenization of real-world assets (RWAs) is the process of converting ownership rights or shares in a physical or financial asset into digital tokens recorded on a blockchain.

What value to tokens have?

Tokens (or more accurately, security tokens) give the holder the legal right to the underlying assets and hence derives its value from those assets.

I don't have a crypto wallet, can I still invest?

Yes, you will receive security tokens in a wallet that we create for you and you don't need any knowledge of blockchain to participate. If you have your own wallet, you can get it whitelisted to receive security tokens.

Can anyone invest?

Each investor will have to complete KYC (Know Your Customer) details to ensure compliance with SEC regulations, including ID verification and Proof of Address. Certain investments are only available to accredited investors and/or investors from certain countries. The specific requirements will be available on the website.
