What is a TREIF?
A TREIF is a Tokenized Real Estate Investment Fund that invests in a well-diversified portfolio of Digital Security "Tokens," which are ownership shares of an equity or debt investment in commercial private real estate created on the Stellar Blockchain.
Why invest in TREIFs?
TREIF interests are designed for investors who want to diversify beyond stocks, bonds, and mutual funds by adding income producing private real estate exposure, without the challenges of direct property ownership.
How is ADR different from a traditional REIT?
ADR funds are structured as direct offerings under Regulation D (for US investors) and Regulation S (for non-US investors), giving investors ownership of a specific fund and the portfolio it holds, rather than shares in a publicly traded entity. This structure offers potential tax advantages and more targeted exposure.
What are the benefits of Tokenized TREIFs?
There are six key benefits to TREIFs: • Attractive risk-adjusted returns • Better diversification • Potential secondary market access after the one-year lock-up, though liquidity is not guaranteed • Greater investor access • Invest via both US dollars and stable coin (USDC) • Enhanced transparency and security

Compliance
4 questionsDo I need to be an accredited investor?
US investors must meet accredited investor criteria under SEC Regulation D. Non-US investors participate under Regulation S, which has different eligibility requirements. Your investor classification is determined during the onboarding process.
What is required to be an accredited investor?
• Net worth over $1 million, excluding primary residence (individually or with spouse or partner). • Income over $200,000 (individually) or $300,000 (with spouse or partner) in each of the prior two years, and reasonably expects the same for the current year. • Hold (in good standing) a Series 7, 65 or 82 license.
What is the lockup period?
US investors (Regulation D) have a one-year lockup period from the date of investment, during which holdings cannot be transferred. Non-US investors (Regulation S) are not subject to this restriction.
How do I certify that I am an accredited investor?
Accreditation is verified inside your dashboard after you create an account. You will be asked to confirm your status and provide supporting evidence, which can include certification by a third-party financial professional such as a lawyer, CPA, broker or registered investment adviser. Verification must be complete before you can subscribe to a fund.
